    Defendant: I don’t remember using her card. Thanks a big difference from…”I never used her card.” JJ made the right call, of course, even though she didn’t have enough proof from a strictly legal standpoint.

    Lovely, she’s not. And yes, I thought it was hysterical when she called her Lovey. I kept picturing Mrs. Howell from Gilligan’s Island!

    i think the defendant put the final nails in her coffin when she said, “i don’t remember that conversation” – by which she is, in a way, admitting that the convo. took place. She could have worded it differently. It’s a simple psychology.

    she said she didn’t reember the convo, then 30 seconds later described the convo…
